Our Program Models

Meeting People Where They Are.

Care4All is currently in its capacity-building phase. We are actively developing the following core initiatives to deliver wrap-around support services to Baltimore’s underserved populations.

Homelessness & Resource Navigation

The Vision: A mobile outreach initiative designed to bring hope directly to the streets. We are utilizing a mobile logistics basecamp (cargo van) to deliver immediate survival items, hygiene kits, and on-site vital records assistance to unhoused individuals who face barriers to traveling for help.

Behavioral Health & Wellness

The Vision: A community-based wellness program focused on side-by-side, lived-experience peer support. The Anchor Protocol utilizes calming, outdoor environments and nature-based activities to help participants reduce stress, navigate trauma, and build authentic trust in a welcoming space.

Re-Entry & Community Readiness

The Vision: Providing immediate, practical support for individuals returning home from incarceration. By utilizing targeted transit assistance and collaborative community partnerships, this model ensures returning citizens can reliably reach job interviews and access the resources necessary for a stable, successful fresh start.

Youth Development & Enrichment

The Vision: A comprehensive summer and out-of-school initiative for transitioning youth. We are building safe, structured environments where young people can learn practical life skills, explore entrepreneurship (including supporting youth-led brands like W3LTH), and engage in positive community-building activities.
